York Council are consulting on future uses of the River Foss, and there’s a workshop event on the 19th September called “Living Well with Water” (http://mycastlegateway.org/events/)
It would be brilliant if a few other like-minded souls would add their voices to those of us who want to promote swimming in the rivers. York could have brilliant urban outdoor swimming in it’s rivers, just like in Paris or Copenhagen, and now’s the time to make our voices heard!
