Hudeshope Beck, A small stream that runs down the valley, through Middleton in Teesdale before joining the River Tees. Along this river you will find many falls, and pools suitable for all ages. The highlight of these falls for me is a roughly 10-12 fall which flows into a deep (my guess is 9 ft or more) pool, which is perfect for jumps either off the sides or from the top (note, if jumping from the top you must take care and judge your jump to prevent smashing into the side of the gorge).
