3,000m of open water swimming in 2 different lakes and a river

A bracing start to the open water season and a fantastic motivator to keep your pool training on track over winter!
Starting at Dinton Activity Centre, swim 850m in Black Swan Lake and then hot-foot it out to re-enter into White Swan Lake for a 300m swim, before re-entering Black Swan Lake for another 550m, another re-acquaintance with White Swan Lake for a mere 200m before a 400m swim in the flowing waters of the River Loddon; penultimate 150m swim of the journey across White Swan Lake and then the 750m in Black Swan Lake to the FINISH!.
Wetsuits are obligatory – they can be hired for £5.00 for the event when you enter online – first come, first served.
