Rockford is tiny hamlet next to the tumbling wooded East Lyn above Watersmeet. Good real ale pub and series of small pools with low rock cliffs to jump from. Shady and dark, but good fun.

5 Stars….A lovely place to swim on a hot day….but beware, the water is cold since the East Lyn flows mainly through woodland and doesn’t get a lot of the sun’s warmth! An ideal place to swim if you wish for an invigorating experience. We were tempted in on the day we went by a beautiful dark haired siren who wished for company to brave the water!!
