Swam in the one with a small “island” in the middle. Great reward after hot a sweaty walk. Water very pleasant. No litter. However, in parts there are large amounts of detritus and the rocks at the bottom are pretty slippery. I was wearing swimming shoes, which helped getting in and out. Didn’t dive, it seemed too shallow.
