Water shoes needed for the walking, unless someone can drive you. Go down Wharf Rd from Shillingford village bus stop to the steps by the boathouse. Entry is a bit weedy and I’ve been warned about glass from parties at the wharf – swim or float down to Shillingford Bridge – exit by the hotel (right bank) or just below the bridge (left bank). Walk back by the Thames Path
