A 3km stretch of the Waveney meandering around open common land. Good water quality, up to 2m deep in parts, popular for canoeing. Many bays and swimming possibilities.

-We swam here whilst staying at the otney meadow caravan park (on the river near the main road) they had a rope to swing into the water. Water depth varied from 2m to shallow. At the time (July 2013) the water was loverly. You can also hire canoes. Wold recommend
