we are both outdoor instructors and have wetsuits, buoyancy aids and helmets etc and knowing we were going on a swimming holiday came prepared. I wouldnt recommend it to someone without any equipment but the gorge before the deep pools was a great gorge walk sliding down chutes and going with the flow out into the deep pools to finish off. a few good spots for jumping too.
