Park at the Sligachan Hotel. Cross the road and then the stony bridge. There is a lovely display of Cairns. Then take the path up to the left. About 1 minute along there is a gate, go through the gate and then carry on for under 5 minutes. The path follows a gorge but eventually you will see a route down off to the left. You can see the pool from the path. It has a gorgeous grassy bank and a deep pool with a waterfall running into it. The pool was chest height and I am 5ft 3. It was so secluded I even had a skinny dip with no onlookers.
