The Keswick Mountain Festival (15-18 May) takes all that the outdoors has to offer and concentrates it into one amazing, action packed weekend. With a huge programme of activities, world class speakers, sporting events and now with camping and live music in the evening, there is something for every adventurer.
On Friday 16th and Saturday 17th May, come with us on a wild swimming adventure as we glide through the inky blackness of Derwent Water… guided by the stars, the light of the moon and the shadows of Friar’s Crag and Derwent Island. This is a fully guided swim for swimmers with some previous open water swimming experience. Just bring your wetsuit and your spirit of fun and adventure!
Safety cover, swim buoys and light sticks will be provided for all swimmers.
Price is £30 per adult. The meeting point is The Theatre by the Lake, Lakeside, Keswick, Cumbria, CA12 5DJ.
