Now, let us be clear about this, the Gone Swimming team are self-confessed aquaholics. In short, we understand an awful lot about how to move through water, quickly and efficiently, whether you are in, on, or under the water.
Whether you are a strong pool swimmer, and just want to build confidence in open water, or if you want to focus on developing an efficient stroke – we can help.
If you have a particular event coming up, and you want some skills training on swimming in surf or maybe a deeper understanding of hydrology in preparation for a river swim – then we can help.
From a whole day of one-on-one training, a half day, or just a couple of hours – whatever it is you need. We are experienced instructors, and with a personalised session you can be sure that we will do everything we can to hit your aims and progress towards your targets – whatever they are. We will be in the water alongside you, working towards your goals.
Video analysis of your swimming is available, as is copious amounts of hot tea, and flapjack. We know the water is cold, because we are in there with you, and so we will keep you making progress. If you start to get too cold to learn effectively, we will get out – and have a look at the videos, or do some dry land drills, strength training, we’re flexible – we’ve got lots of options.
Prices are negotiable depending on location, but we will chuck in flapjacks, and maybe even lunch if you are with us for a full day! Discounts are available if you have taken (or booked) one of our holidays.
